Your bones not only support your body but also give you shape. Bones can be termed as living tissues that rebuild on a constant basis throughout your life. When you are young, your body adds new bone quicker in comparison to erasing old bone. Once you have attained an age of 20, you can lose bone quicker than you make bone. For strong bones, it is quite important that you exercise and get enough vitamin D and Calcium.
There are wide variety of bone issues:
To start with, Osteoporosis makes your bones weak and more likely to break. On the other hand, your bones become brittle with Osteogenesis imperfecta. Another significant thing that can make your bone weak is Paget's disease. You may not believe at first but it is true that bones can also lead to cancer. Majority of bone diseases occur because of poor nutrition and genetic factors.
Osteoporosis:
In Osteoporosis, your bone mass reduces and the bone structure deteriorates. A reduced bone mass means that chances of fracture increases with a fall. The worse part about Osteoporosis is that you are not going to feel any symptoms of it. However, it can be prevented, diagnosed and treated.
Arthritis:
Arthritis makes its presence felt when one or more joints get inflamed
Fibromylgia:
Fibromylgia is a chronic illness with common symptoms being fatigue from head to toe. At present, there is no cure of Fibromylgia.
